Research Progress on Properties of Pyrophyllite

摘要 概述了近年来叶蜡石的相变、电学性质、活化改性、传压性、增白、呈色与着色等方面性能的研究进展,介绍了叶蜡石在高温下的相变产物、电导率的测定、活化改性的工艺、传压性的影响因素、增白方法、呈色原因、低温着色技术等。此外,针对叶蜡石在热物理特性、物理力学性能、吸收光谱、电子顺磁共振、红外与差热分析和粉体纳米化等性能方面的研究进展也进行了简单汇总介绍。最后,指出了叶蜡石性能研究的不足以及今后在性能研究方面的发展方向,明确提出叶蜡石性能方面的研究在广度和深度上还需深入;增白技术在高效、环保、节能方面还有待提高;粉体的纳米化理论尚需成熟,工业化应用亟待发展。 The resent situation of the research on properties of pyrophyllite was surveyed,such as phase transformation,electric characteristics,activation modification,pressure transmission,whitening,coloration and tinting. The transformation products at high temperature,testing of conductivity,technology of activation modification,influence factors of pressure transmission,methods of whitening,causes of coloration and low temperature technique of tinting of pyrophyllite were introduced.In addition,the research progress on properties of pyrophyllite on thermophysical characteristic,physical and mechanical performance,absorption spectra,electron paramagnetic resonance,infrared spectra,differential thermal analysis and nanometer size of grain were also described simply. At last,deficiencies in research of pyrophyllite properties and the future research directions were pointed out.It is clear that the research of extent and depth on properties of pyrophyllite needs to be studied in depth,the whitening technology needs to be improved in high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving,the theory of nanometer size of grain needs to be matured,and its industrialization application needs to be developed.
