循环水脱盐软化技术在大冶有色冶炼厂的应用

摘要 介绍了大冶有色冶炼厂硫酸循环水软化项目的设计与运行情况。该厂采用超滤+反渗透(RO)双膜法工艺处理循环水排污水,超滤系统产水浊度控制在0.03~0.05 NTU,电导率基本都小于10μs/cm,脱盐率均大于等于99%,对循环水系统起到较好的水质补充作用。该方法在铜冶炼行业是首次工业应用,为后序污水处理的"零"排放打下基础。 Design and project operation of circulating water softening in Daye Nonferrous Smelter are described. The plant uses ul-trafiltration and RO double membrane process to deal with circulating water discharge. Ultrafiltration system water turbidity was con-trolled between 0. 03 ~ 0. 05 NTU. Conductivity was less than 10 μs/cm, desalination rate was more than or equal to 99 % , with pla-ying better water supplement role in circulating system. The method was the first industrial application in the copper smelting industry, laying the foundation of "zero emissions" for later treatment of wastewater.
