摘要
大跨斜拉桥施工阶段换索在国内尚缺乏相关借鉴经验。以广东一混凝土斜拉桥为工程依托,对施工阶段换索进行数值模拟计算分析,在保证安全可靠的前提下制定了施工简便、对结构影响小的换索方案。将换索过程分为拆索前、拆除旧索、张拉新索三个工况进行重点监控,并保证换索过程对结构二期后线形与内力状态不产生较大影响;提出了换索过程中的注意事项。对同类型斜拉桥换索有一定参考价值。
There is now little experience related to the replacement of cables for large-spanned cable-stayed concrete bridges at the construction stages of them. With a certain cable-stayed bridge in Guangdong as a practical engineering examples numeri-cal simulation,calculations and analysis are made of the cable replacement for a cable-stayed bridge at its construction stage, upon the basis of which a cable-replacing scheme,which is simple in construction and has little effect on the structure, is worked out in the paper with both the security and reliability ensured. The cable-replacing process is to be divided into three phases and, monitored and controlled respectively: the pre-removal phase? the removal phase and the the stretching phase for the new cables?with no significant effect of the cable-replacing process on the states of both the post-2nd- period linearity and the internal forces of the structure. Important points for attention in the course of replacing the cables are al-so put forward in the paper, which may serve as a certain useful reference for the cable-replacing construction of other cable- stayed bridges of the same type.
