摘要
目的分析胃癌术后化疗患者采用综合护理干预后对其心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的64例胃癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组32例,对照组实施传统的常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预。对比两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分以及生活质量和护理满意度。结果实施综合护理后,研究组的SDS评分、SAS评分比对照组低,且生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给胃癌术后化疗患者实施综合护理能够有效的缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,对其生活质量的提高有积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 64 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group. 32 patients in control group were treated with conventional routine nursing. The study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. SDS scores, SAS scores, and quality of life and care satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of comprehensive nursing, the scores of SAS score and SAS were lower in study group than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients, and has a positive effect on the improvement of quality of life.
