摘要
目的探讨循证护理在预防胃癌患者化疗并发症中的效果。方法选取本科2011年1月—2012年1月收治的行胃癌化疗患者160例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组80例。观察组给予循证护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较2组患者护理前后胃蛋白酶原(PG)含量变化及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,2组PG I及PG II均较护理前有所上升,且观察组上升程度更为明显;护理1个月后,观察组29例发生不良反应,并发症发生率为36.3%,而对照组70例发生不良反应,并发症发生率为87.5%,2组比较差异显著。结论循证护理能够有效预防胃癌患者化疗后出现的胃肠道毒性、骨髓抑制、泌尿系毒性、心脏毒性、口腔黏膜病变、静脉炎、脱发等并发症,且能够提高预后、降低复发风险,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in preventing complications of gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012were randomly divided into observation group and control group,eighty cases in each.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing and the control group given routine nursing.Pepsinogen （PG） levels and the complications of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ of the two groups were somewhat rising,and those of the observation group rose more markedly.After one month＇ s nursing,adverse reactions occurred to 29cases of the observation group,and incidence rate of complications was 36.3 ％.Adverse reactions occurred to 70 cases of the control group,and incidence rate of complications was 87.5 ％.The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal toxicity of urinary toxicity,cardiac toxicity,oral mucosal lesions,phlebitis,hair loss and other complications,and can improve prognosis,reduce the risk of recurrence,and is worthy of extensive promotion.
