摘要
根据宁波职业技术学院耗材管理实践经验,利用现代互联网技术,采用先进的软件及技术构建了实验教学耗材管理系统,克服了高职院校实验教学耗材手工申报、审批及领用管理模式的弊端,旨为高职院校的实验教学耗材进行科学规范的信息化管理,提高工作人员的工作效率和管理水平,提供一种科学有效的管理办法。
Based on the practical experiences of managing experimental consumables in Ningbo Polytechnics, experimental consumables management system can be constituted via modern software and technology, so as to avoid the problems caused by manual declaration, examination and approval of experimental supplies. Informationized management model provides staff with scientific and effective management methods, therefore, it improves the working efficiency and standard in managing laboratories in vocational colleges.
