摘要
针对当前高校技术物资的采购特点及目前市场经济条件下,结合我校的采购工作实践,介绍了当前高校技术物资采购的主要方式,阐述了如何利用现代信息技术为高校物资的采购工作提供可靠的信息资料,并强调了验收把关及采购建档工作。
The text focuses on the practice of purchasing for institutions of higher learning, which is based on the conditions of market economy, produces an analysis of the features of its purchasing technological materials, and recommends the main ways of its purchasing, such as how to get reliabIe information through modem information technology. The author also emphasizes a check before acceptance and filing each purchase.
