摘要
提升学生党员教育管理的有效性,是高职院校基层党组织的重要工作。从基层党务工作者综合素质、党员理想信念和党性观念、党员教育内容形式、党员教育管理的范围和辐射面等方面,对高职学生党员教育管理现状进行了审视。在此基础上,对"区校共建"框架下高职院校学生党员教育与管理进行了对策管窥:理思路,定制度,积极推进学生党员教育管理制度化;建体系,重协调,积极推进学生党员教育常态化;列菜单,重实效,发挥学生党员的自主性和可选择性;重质量,拓途径,积极推进学生党员教育管理规范化。
Promoting the effectiveness of education and management of Party member of CPC is an important job of grass-roots party organizations in Higher Vocational colleges. The paper studies the current situation on management and education of Party member of CPC in Higher Vocational Colleges from the comprehensive quality of workers, ideals and beliefs, form and content of education and management and the radiation surface. On the basis of this, the paper researches the Countermeasures on Management and education of Party member of CPC in Higher Vocational Colleges from 4 sides： Institutionalization of management, normalization of education, autonomy and selectivity and the standardization of management and education of Party member of CPC in Higher Vocational Colleges.
