摘要
本文以加强和创新社会管理为宏观背景,以高校流动党员教育管理工作为研究内容,选取了部属、省(直辖市)属、市属、民办四个类型的20所高校,490位党务工作者为研究样本,以问卷的形式测量了当前各高校对流动党员的管理、服务、教育、监督工作及党务工作者对于流动党员工作的认知程度,并就当前高校流动党员教育管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应对策。
With the general view to strengthen and improve social management,this essay focuses on the work of education and management of transient Party members.490 people working for Party affairs from 20 universities of colleges were interviewed.These schools are run either by ministries,provincial governments（municipality directly under the Central Government）,municipal governments or by private institutions.All 490 people answered questionnaires concerning the management,service,education and discipline of transient Party members in universities or colleges.Their understanding of the significance of this work is also examined.The essay also analyzes some current difficult problems and proposes solutions.
