三板溪水库鱼体中的硒含量及其生物累积效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究三板溪水库不同鱼类组织和器官中的硒含量及其生物累积效应。采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法分析了三板溪鱼样中的硒含量。结果表明:三板溪水库不同鱼类肌肉中的硒含量变化在114.0~648.2 ng/g之间,平均值为285.6 ng/g,该值高于其他地区淡水鱼;鱼体不同组织和器官中的硒含量变化在110~2 122 ng/g之间,平均值为697 ng/g,且肾中的硒含量远远高于其他组织和器官,其生物累积因子(BAF)大于5.0。分析认为:三板溪鱼体肌肉较高的硒含量可能与贵州省土壤的硒背景值较高有关。此外,鱼肾对硒有强烈的生物累积效应,是硒存储的重要器官。 In order to study the selenium content and its biological accumulation effect in different tissues and organ of fish from Sanbanxi Reservoir. The content of selenium in fish samples was analyzed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the selenium content in different fish muscle from Sanbanxi Reservoir varied from 114.0 ng/g to 648.2 ng/g, average value was 285.6 ng/g. The average selenium content of muscle in freshwater fish from Sanbanxi Reservoir was higher than that of other area; The selenium content in different fish tissues and organ varied from 110 ng/g to 2 122 ng/g, average value was 697 ng/g. The selenium content in kidney was significantly higher than that of other tissues and organ, and its biological accumulation factor (BAF) was more than 5. The results suggested that higher selenium content in fish muscle from Sanbanxi Reservoir might be related to the higher selenium background value of Guizhou province. In addition, the kidney offish had a strong bioaccumulation of selenium, which was an important storage organ of selenium.
