摘要
职业技能竞赛是高等职业院校人才培养质量评价的重要标准,也是当前职业教育领域的一个新热点。当前高职院校职业技能竞赛存在诸多问题,并面临许多的挑战。本文就目前我国高职院校职业技能竞赛存在的问题及原因进行了剖析,并对高职院校职业技能竞赛的优化建构策略进行了阐述,以期促进高职院校职业技能竞赛的健康发展和学生职业综合技能及素质的发展。
Vocational skills competition （VSC） is the important criterion for the quality evaluation of tal-ent training in higher vocational co!leges and the new focus in the current vocational education field.There are many problems and many challenges in VSC in higher vocational colleges. This article analyzedthe problems and the reasons for the VSC in higher vocational colleges, and meanwhile, elaborated theoptimizing construction strategy for tlae VSC in higher vocational colleges, and hopes to promote thehealthy development of VSC and the comprehensive development for the students＂ vocational skills.
