介绍了大功率采煤机调高油缸的结构设计及参数选择方法。分析了油缸受力情况,确定了油缸的主要参数,对油缸强度进行了校核,选择了带平衡阀的液压锁。设计过程不仅为采煤机整机液压系统设计提供了基础数据,同时为同类采煤机油缸的选型设计提供了可借鉴的方法。
Introduces the structure design and parameter selection method of high power shearers＇ height adjustment cylinder.Analyzes the load condition of the cylinder, determine the main parameters of the cylinder, then check the cylinder strength, hydraulic lock with balance valve.The design process not only provides the basic data for the design of the hydraulic system of the shearer, but also provides a reference for the design of the same type of oil cylinder.
