摘要
指出了目前采煤机调高油缸设计过程中存在的不足,通过理论分析的方法,建立了调高油缸基本长度和行程的计算模型,确定了调高油缸压力参数的计算方法,给出了调高油缸闭锁装置选型原则,并根据计算模型在Visual Basic中编程,实现了调高油缸的参数化设计,实践结果表明大幅提高了调高油缸的设计效率和准确性。
This paper indicated the problems during designing shearers' hydraulic cylinders. By theoretically analyzing, established the model of computing hydraulic cylinders' length and pressure parameters, determined selecting means of hydraulic cylinders' closedown device. And according the calculating models ,hydraulic cylinders' parameters design was achieved. And practical result showed the shearers' hydraulic cylinders design efficiency and accuracy was enhanced.
