摘要
目的了解南京市有性行为大学生安全套使用现状及影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对南京市5所高校3183名大学生进行自填式匿名问卷调查。结果 342名有性行为的大学生,105人(30.7%)始终使用安全套,190人(55.6%)曾经使用安全套,47人(13.7%)从未使用过安全套,201人(58.8%)最近一次性行为中使用过安全套。始终使用安全套的主要影响因素为"发生性行为时,事先准备安全套"(OR=3.190),曾经使用安全套的主要影响因素为"认同使用安全套能预防性病艾滋病"(OR=3.807)。结论有性行为大学生始终使用安全套比例低,需进一步采取措施,促进大学生安全性行为的形成。
Objective To understand the status of condom use and its influencing factors among college students who had sexual experi- ences. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was conducted among3183 students,who were chosen from five universities in Nanjing by using stratified cluster multistage sampling. Results 342 students having had sexual experiences,30.7% students had a consistent condom use,55.6% students had ever use condoms, 13.7% students had never use condoms, 58.8% students used condoms with the last sexual experience. The main in- fluencing factor of consistent condom use was prepared condoms when had sexual experience （ OR = 3. 190 ）, previously, the main impact factor of condom use was the agreement on that the use of condoms could prevent STD/AIDS （ OR = 3. 807 ）. Conclusion The college students having had sexual experiences had a low rate of consistent condom use, extensive and detailed corresponding measures was needed to improve the safe sexual behaviors.
