摘要
目的:观察神阙穴中药贴敷治疗对全麻行经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取符合标准的PCNL术后患者81例,随机分为2组,观察组40例,对照组41例。观察组使用常规护理加神阙穴中药(大黄+芒硝)贴敷;对照组予术后常规护理,观察比较2组患者术后肛门排气、排便时间及腹胀发生率、并发症。结果:观察组患者术后首次肛门排气、排便时间均优于对照组,术后腹胀发生率亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症高于对照组,(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷能有效地促进PCNL患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,减少腹胀发生。
Objective： To observe the effect of Shenque acupoint Chinese herbal medicine application on gastroin- testinal function recovery after general anesthesia in percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）. Methods： 81 patients with PCNL were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （n=40） and control group （n=41）. The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and Shenque acupoints （rhubarb ＋ mirabilite）. The control group was treated with routine nursing after operation. The incidence of anal exhaust, defecation and bloating, complication were observed and compared. Results： The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application can effectively promote the recovery of gastroin- testinal function in patients with PCNL and reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension.
