摘要
目的观察关元穴穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法采用穴位贴敷关元穴治疗原发性痛经104例,并与对照组针灸治疗96例比较。结果治疗组有效率95.20%,对照组78.13%,穴位贴敷疗法疗效优于针灸治疗(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗法治疗原发性痛经疗效确切,且疗效优于针灸治疗。尤其适于气血瘀滞及寒湿凝滞之原发性痛经。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint-application on Guanyuan （CV4） on primary dysmenorrheal. Method The therapy of acupoint-application on Guanyuan （CV4） was used to treat primary dysmenorrheal in 104 cases, and the curative effect was compared with 96 cases treated with acupuncture. Result The effective rate in the treatment group was 95.20 % and 78.13 % in the control group. The curative effect of acupoint-application was better than that of acupuncture （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of acupoint-application on primary dysmenorrheal is reliable and better than that of acupuncture. It is especially suitable to the primary dysmenorrheal in type of qi stagnation and blood stasis, or cold-dampness stagnation.
