低合金双相钢DP590成分设计和工艺优化 被引量:4

Chemical composition design and process optimization of low alloy dual phase steel DP590

摘要 采用2种化学成分设计生产双相钢DP590,对其力学性能进行对比分析,找出满足实际生产要求的成分设计,并采用该成分对不同热处理工艺下的DP590钢组织和性能进行研究。试验表明:2种成分设计的双相钢性能均满足要求,复合添加Cr、Mo的DP590双相钢强度明显高于单独添加Cr元素的;快冷冷速在20~24℃/s的热处理工艺使得钢的综合力学性能最佳,DP590实际成品的屈服强度约为397.8 MPa,抗拉强度约为649.0 MPa,断后伸长率约为27.9%。 The dual phase steel DP590 was designed by adopting two kinds of chemical composition,its mechanical properties were compared and analyzed,composition design meeting the requirements of actual production requirement was found,the microstructure and properties of DP590 steel under different heat treatment processes were studied. The results indicate that the properties of the dual phase steel designed with two compositions meet the requirements,the strength of dual phase steel DP590 containing Cr and Mo was significantly higher than that of the dual phase steel DP590 with Cr only. The comprehensive mechanical properties of dual phase steel are the best at 20 ~ 24 ℃/s rapid cooling rate,the actual yield strength of DP590 is about 397. 8 MPa,the tensile strength is about 649 MPa and the elongation is about 27. 9%.
