摘要
通过合理设计成分和性能,在C-Mn钢的基础上采用Nb微合金化技术、结晶器喂稀土丝、控轧控冷等工艺,开发生产了BG420CL重载汽车轮辐钢板,产品代替中厚板。产品尺寸精度、表面质量、力学性能、焊接性能较好地满足用户的使用要求,弯曲疲劳寿命优于中厚板。
By reasonable composition and property designing, steel BG420CL was developed on the basis of C-Mn steel with niobium microalloying rare earth element feeding into mould and controlled roiling and controlled cooling for truck wheel spoke. The size tolerance,surface quality,mechanical properties and weldability of the product meet the user's requirements superior with bending fatigue.
