摘要
针对低黏度均相液液混合系统,从搅拌器的搅拌机理和常用搅拌器的结构类型方面进行详细论述,在相同混合时间下对两种搅拌器所需的转速、功率和扭矩进行了对比分析,提出了该类型混合系统中搅拌器的优选方案。
For low viscosity homogeneous liquid-liquid system,the mixing mechanism of agitator and the structures of commonly used agitators were described in detail in this article.Two agitators were compared with required rotary speed,power and torque in the same mixing time,and then the priority agitator for this mixing system was proposed.
