基于目前钢铁企业产品小合同订单、多规格品种、高尺寸精度、高纯净度等一系列生产特点。对设备功能精度提出的要求,分析设备功能精度管理方法和步骤以及注意的问题,保证整个生产过程之中的成本效益、质量、产量等方面的最佳效果。
Iron and steel enterprises at present product contract orders based on multi specifications, high dimensional accuracy, high purity and a series of production characteristics. This paper puts forward equipment precision, analyzes the equipment function management methods and steps and pay attention to the problem of guaranteed cost benefit, the entire production process quality.
