摘要
介绍了近年来国内转炉一次烟气除尘采用的技术,即传统OG法、新型OG法、半干法和干法除尘(LT法),总结了各种技术的应用发展情况、达到的效果及存在的问题,比较分析了各种技术的冷却方式和能源消耗的优缺点,着重阐述了干法除尘工艺节能和环保的巨大优势,指出了干法除尘为国内转炉烟气净化回收的发展方向。对进一步推广和应用干法除尘工艺有一定参考和借鉴作用。
The present paper systematically introduces the existing technologies of converter gas dedusting in China in the recent years,namely conventional wet process （OG）,new-style wet process（new OG）,semi dry process and dry process,summarizes the development,effect and existent problems of different processes,compared their cooling ways and consumption of energy sources,describes particularly the economical and environmental advantages of dry process,and puts forward the developing direction.
