摘要
土地整治与美丽乡村建设作为推进生态文明建设的重要举措和有效途径,肩负着各自的职责和使命。本文通过运用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,明晰了土地整治与美丽乡村建设的基本含义,并立足贵州实践,结合目前土地整治取得的成效以及美丽乡村建设的表现形式,从土地整治与美丽乡村建设之间的作用、影响、要求以及互补等方面,阐述了土地整治与美丽乡村建设的依附关系,显现了土地整治对美丽乡村建设做出的贡献,为开展土地整治与美丽乡村建设工作、促进社会和谐发展提供了一定的理论支撑。
The land consolidation and the construction of beautiful countryside as important measures and effective ways to promote ecological civilization construction, shoulder personal responsibility and mission.Through the method of combining theory with practice ,discussing the basic meaning of land consolidation and construction of beautiful countryside, combining with the results of the land consolidation and the performance forms of beautiful countryside in Guizhou Province,the dependence relationship between the land consolidation and the performance forms of beautiful countryside were explained in this paper from the aspects of the role ,the influence ,the requirements ,the complementary ,etc ,the contribution of land consolidation for the beautiful countryside were further shown,some supporting theories on carring out the land reclamation and the construction of beautiful countryside were provided, so as to promot the development of harmonious society.
