摘要 水产品中的药物残留会严重威胁食品安全,因水产品基质复杂,不同种类药物性质差异大,常规分析方法以分类检测为主,检测周期长、成本高、效率低。Qu ECh ERS方法具有快速、简便、环保、灵活等优点,本文重点关注Qu ECh ERS方法在水产品多环芳烃、激素、兽药、非法添加物等残留检测中的应用,并对Qu ECh ERS方法在检测中的发展趋势进行展望,以期为Qu ECh ERS方法在水产品中药物残留检测提供参考。 The drugs residues in aquatic products will exert a serious influence on food safety.Because of complex matrix in aquatic product,the normal analysis methods are based on classification detections.So many problems also appear, such as a longer testing cycle, high cost and inefficiency. The QuEChERS method has the advantages of fast,simple ,environmentally,flexible and so on.The paper focused on the application of QuEChERS method in the detection of the PAHs, the hormones, the chemical drugs added illegally, veterinary drugs, etc.In addition, the trends of QuEChERS in the future were forecasted, which could provide references for the detection technology of drug residues in aquatic products.
