摘要
针对传统金属带式无级变速器难以提供足够大扭矩的问题,介绍了一种新型机械式无级变速器—活齿无级变速器。在分析了活齿无级变速器的工作原理和活齿啮合原理的基础上,通过SolidWorks建立活齿无级变速器的几何模型,利用ANSYS Workbench对活齿单元中的核心部件—滑片进行有限元分析,得到了滑片的等效应力和等效应变云图。在分析计算结果的基础上,对滑片进行了优化设计,并对得出的优化模型进行静力分析,结果表明:滑片的厚度由2.5mm减小到1.6mm,变化率达到36%,优化效果明显,结构更加合理,为进一步研究活齿无级变速器提供了参考依据。
A new type of mechanical CVT-movable teeth CVT was introduced, for the traditional metal belt type CVT can not provides enough torque. The three-dimensional model of HN-CVT was established by using SolidWorks, and its principle of speed changing and movable teeth meshing was analyzed. And finite element analysis was performed on sliding vane in movable teeth, its core components, through ANSYS Workbench.The distributions of stress, strain are acquired. Based on the analysis of the calculation result, optimization was performed on the sliding vane. Then static analysis was performed on the optimization model. The results showed that the thickness of the vane was reduced from 2.Smm to 1.6mm, the change rate reached 36%. Its optimization effect was obvious, and structure was more rational, providing a reference to further research on the HN-CVT model.
