摘要
胶带式无级变速器的轴向压力是分析胶带式无级变速器变速机理的关键参数之一。文中阐述了胶带式无级变速器的工作原理和3种不同的调速感应机构。尤其对胶带式无级变速器的轴向压力的研究现状和成果进行了详细的介绍,分别综述了轴向压力与皮带工作半径的关系、影响轴向压力的内部结构参数和外部因素及主、从动轮皮带摩擦力的方向和皮带在带轮进出位置的变形摩擦力模型的研究现状。最后介绍了研究胶带式无级变速器轴向压力的整体思路和尚待解决的问题。
Axial pressure of rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission （CVT） is one of key parameters to analyze variable speed mechanism of rubber V-belt CVT. The article defines the concept of axial pressure, introduces the work principle of rubber V-beh CVT and three kind speed sensing institutions. Particularly, the research status and the achievement for axial pressure of rubber V-beh CVT has been introduced in detail, the relationship of axial pressure and working radius, the internal structure parameters and external factors affecting axial pressure, the direction of friction of driving and driven pulleys, and research situation of deformation model of the belt at in and out positions of pulley. Finally put forward Overall design ideas and problem of Axial pressure of rubber V-belt continuously variable transmission.
