不同季节和饲养条件对驴乳粉脂肪酸含量和组成的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Season and Feeding Condition on the Concentration and Chemical Composition of the Fatty Acid in the Donkey Milk Powder

摘要 对新疆巴里坤哈萨克自治县某驴乳加工企业暖季(7~8月,放牧+补饲)和冷季(11~12月,舍饲圈养)生产的各6批次驴乳粉脂肪酸含量和组成进行测定分析。结果表明:暖季和冷季生产的驴乳粉平均总脂肪酸含量分别为8 485.8 mg/100 g和4 809.6 mg/100 g,两者差异显著(P<0.05);暖季和冷季亚油酸含量分别为(1237.6±293.2)mg/100 g和(1 001.3±148.3)mg/100 g,差异不显著(P>0.05),亚油酸占总脂肪酸的比例分别为(14.58±1.93)%和(20.82±2.66)%,差异不显著(P>0.05);暖季和冷季α-亚麻酸含量分别为(767.9±157.9)mg/100g和(208.3±40.9)mg/100g,差异显著(P<0.05),α-亚麻酸占总脂肪酸的比例分别为(9.05±1.92)%和(4.33±0.34)%,差异显著(P<0.05)。 The concentration and chemical composition of the fatty acid of twelve donkey milk powders from two different batches produced by some donkey milk-processing enterprise in Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County were measured and analyzed, one half produced in warm season ( July and August, grazing+supplementary feeding ) , the other half produced in cold season ( November and December, barn feeding ) . The results showed that: the average concentration of the total fatty acid ( TFA ) in the donkey milk powder produced in warm season and cold season was 8 485.8 mg/100 g and 4 809.6 mg/100 g, respectively, and the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The concentration of the linoleic acid produced in warm season and cold season was ( 1 237.6±293.2 ) mg/100 g and ( 1 001.3±148.3 ) mg/100 g, respectively, the difference was not significant ( P〉0.05 ) . And the percent of the TFA was ( 14.58±1.93 ) % and ( 20.82±2.66 ) %, respectively, the difference was not significant ( P 〉0.05 ) . The concentration of the a-Iinolenic acid produced in warm season and cold season was ( 767.9±157.9 ) mg/100 g and ( 208.3±40.9 ) mg/100g, respectively, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ) . And the percent of the TFA was ( 9.05±1.92 ) % and ( 4.33±0.34 ) %, respectively, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ) .
