摘要
目的:研究补肺益肾汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床价值。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年7月于我院接受治疗的慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者94例。根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各47例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上加用补肺益肾汤治疗。分别对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后动脉血气指标变化、肺功能变化情况,生活质量情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%(44/47),显著高于对照组的78.72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者动脉血气指标均有不同程度改善,且观察组PaO_2、SaO_2显著高于对照组,而PaCO_2显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组FEV1、FVC水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:补肺益肾汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者动脉血气指标以及肺功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective： To study of strengthening lung and benefiting kidney soup decoction of the clinical value of treatment of chronic cor pulmonale heart failure. Methods： From February 2015 to July 2016,94 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with tonifying kidney and kidney decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of arterial blood gas index,lung function and quality of life were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%（ 44/47）,significantly higher than that of the control group 78.72%（ 37/47）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,two groups of patients with arterial blood gas index were improved in varying degrees,and the observation group PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly higher than the control group,while PaCO2 was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Group of physiological function,physiological function,body pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and general health scores were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Yishen Decoction in treating chronic cor pulmonary heart failure is significant,which can significantly improve the arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
