阵列波导光栅的简便模拟方法及应用 被引量:4

A SIMPLE SIMULATION METHOD FOR AWGS AND ITS APPLICATIONS

摘要 结合等效折射率方法并利用高斯光束近似给出了一种简便的模拟计算阵列波导光栅方法 ,可实现AWG锔模拟 模拟计算结果与理论公式计算结果吻合 利用这种模拟方法 ,模拟了一个阵列波导光栅 (AWG)实例 ,并考察了阵列波导条数对器件性能的影响 。 A simple simulation method based on Gaussian approximation and the effective index method is given for an arrayed waveguide grating(AWG).A numerical example is presented and the effect of the number of the arrayed waveguides and some fabrication errors on the spectral characteristics of the AWG is discussed.
