摘要
针对一种中心波长为 1.5 5μm、波长间隔为 1.6 nm的聚合物阵列波导光栅波分复用器 ,对其功率分布、分波波谱、自由光谱区 (FSR)、衍射效率、串扰等进行了详细的分析 .并对波导芯尺寸、相邻阵列波导间距、衍射级数、阵列波导数等参量进行了优化 ,得到了器件实际设计所需要的相应的参数值 。
A polymer arrayed waveguide grating multiplexer with the central wavelength of 1 55μm and the wavelength spacing 1 6nm is studied and transmission characteristics are analyzed.The characteristics include the power profile,transmission spectra,FSR,diffraction efficiency and crosstalk.Some parameters,such as the core width,pitch of adjacent waveguides,diffraction order,number of arrayed waveguides,and propagating wavelength are optimized for the purpose of actual design.
