摘要
近年来我国商业银行在股份制改造过程中纷纷引入境外战略投资者,这种旨在通过"引资"达到"引智"与"引制"目的的改革,从无形资源的视角来看其动因是借助引进外资战略,促进优势无形资源从境外向中资银行转移扩散,通过无形资源的优化升级进而尽快提升自身的综合竞争实力,为全面走向国际化奠定基础。鉴于影响优势无形资源跨国转移扩散的宏观与微观因素,国家与中资银行均应努力构建促进中外双方实现良性互动的机制,以确保战略引资目标的顺利实现。
In recent years,China＇s commercial banks have introduced foreign strategic investors in the process of shareholding reform,which aims to the purpose of achieving ＂wisdom＂and ＂mechanism＂through ＂attracting capital＂. From the perspective of intangible resources,the intention of this reform is to promote the advantages intangible resources to transfer and spread from overseas to Chinese banks by the way of introduction of foreign investment strategy,and then to enhance their comprehensive competitive strength as soon as possible through the optimization and upgrading of intangible resources,lay the foundation for a comprehensive internationalization. In view of the macroscopic and microscopic factors that affect the transnational transfer and scatter of advantage intangible resources,the state and the Chinese banks should strive to build a mechanism to promote the benign interaction between Chinese and foreign parties in order to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic attracting objectives.
