银行业引进境外战略投资者对提升绩效的影响--基于面板数据的实证研究被引量：23

The Impact On Improving the Performance for the Banking Industry to Import Foreign Strategic Investors——Based on the EmpircalAnalysis on Panel Data

摘要近年来,我国各银行纷纷引进境外战略投资者,但是对于引进境外战略投资者是否有助于银行业提高经营绩效这一问题,学术界一直争论不休,难以达成一致的意见。运用面板数据进行实证分析显示,资产收益率、股本收益率、营业费用率与外资股权显著负相关,非利息收益率与外资股权显著正相关。这表明,我国境外战略投资者在一定程度上改善了我国银行业的经营效率,但这种积极效应还有待于进一步提高。 In recent years, banks of China introduce into foreign strategic investors in banking reform. Do foreign strategic investors be in favor of improving efficiency of domestic banks？ There are disputes about this question. Employing panel data, this paper tries to find the answer to the question. Empirical result shows that： return on assets, return on equity and operating expenses have a negative notable relation with foreign capital stock share. However, foreign capital stock share is associated with the reduction in notinterest earning ratio. These empirical results indicate that foreign strategic investor have improved our country banking efficiency to a certain extent,but the active effect remains to be brought further.
