摘要
随着中国综合国力的提升及"一带一路"战略的逐步推进,越来越多的外国人对中国的经济、文化等产生了浓厚兴趣,选择到中国留学。为吸引更多优秀国际留学生来华,结合国内外已有文献,采用访谈法和结构化问卷法进行调查,并以探索性因子分析法构建文化适应模型,通过差异分析、相关分析和回归分析研究留学生在文化适应维度上的特性,了解在华留学生的文化适应情况以及他们在文化适应维度上的差异。在此基础上,针对在华留学生在文化适应过程中出现的问题,从微观和宏观层面提出若干建议和政策意见,从而帮助留学生更好地适应中国的学习生活。
With the improvement of China＇ s comprehensive national strength and the gradual advancement of the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂, foreigners rush into china for the prosperity and advanced environment. In order to attract more international students for China, this paper, making reference to the literature, and combining with the research of interview and questionnaires, explores the construction of acculturation model and analyzes the students＇ characteristics on cultural adaptation by means of differential analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to learn the difference of the degree of international students＇ acculturation. Based on this, it also puts forward some suggestions from macro and micro level aiming at the occurring problems, so as to help the students to better adapt to the life in China.
