摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,餐厨废油量的不断增加,餐厨废油的回收利用管理显的尤为重要。餐厨废油的回收和资源化利用对减小环境污染,降低生活垃圾的处理成本、能源或资源的再生,以及经济、社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章综述了目前国内餐厨废油的危害、回收及资源化处理现状,指出了我国餐厨废油的回收管理中存在的缺陷,并对我国餐厨废油的回收管理和资源化利用提出了希望。
With the improvement of the people＇s living standard,the amount of waste oil in kitchen is increasing constantly. It is particularly important to recycle and reuse kitchen waste oil. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of society that recycling the Kitchen waste oil could not only reduce the treatment cost of the domestic garbage,produce energy,decrease pollution,but also obtain clean energy. The present situation about the Hazards,retrieve,resourceful treatment of the kitchen waste oil was reviewed. The defects existing in the recovery management of kitchen waste oil were pointed out,and the hope for the recovery,management and resource utilization of kitchen waste oil in China was put forward.
