摘要
从工艺路线及关键技术角度介绍了目前国内餐厨废弃物的处理方法.结合我国国情进行综合分析,提出了在现阶段发展水平条件下,我国北方餐厨废弃物处理的可行工艺路线,旨在提高餐厨废弃物处理水平和效率.
The main process and technology in China is introduced from the perspective of kitchen wastes processing process route. Feasible kitchen wastes treatment process route is put forward at present development level condition for northem China, and reference is provided to advance and elevate the kitchen wastes treatment level and efficiency.
