摘要
高蛋白华03早籼新品系是在1978~1988年,应用花培、化诱生物技术结合常规杂交育种方法,以IR_8/二九青F_2代优穗为花培起始材料培育成的。华03比推广品种广陆矮4号早熟3~5天,广泛适应于北纬23.0~32.0°,东经107~120°范围的湖北、湖南、江西、广西等地。1985~1988在江西、湖北等地大田试种结果,平均亩产稻谷400公斤以上,比当地对照品种增产6~10%,并具有较好的适口性、精米率和营养品质。它的突出特点是稻米蛋白质含量特别高,五年先后经中国农科院测试分析中心等单位分析不同产地华03试种稻米样品,其蛋白质含量平均达糙米干重的13.72%,八种必需氨基酸有六种超过联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)1973年提出的理想蛋白质的标准。
Hua-03 is a newly released high-protein rice early indica. It has been derived by anther culture、backcrose combined with conventional breeding techniqe from IR_8/Erjiu-Qing F_2 during 1978-1988, Hua-03 usualy ripens 3-5 day early than the popular local variety Guang-Lu-Ai4 with adaptability in Hubei, Hunan, kiangsi and kwangsi provinces(23.0~32.0°N,107~120°E). From the regional large scale plantation trials in Hubei and kiangsi in 1986—1988, its average yield is more than 6t/ha, nearly 10% higher than Guang-Lu-Ai4, with better nutritional quality, palatability and milling outturn also. An outstanding eharacteritic of Hua-03 is its high-protein content (13.72%, mean of 5 analysis), especially the eight essential amino acid a compared with the standard proposed by FAO/WHO in 1973.
