草莓菌根研究进展

摘要 草莓(Fragaria×ananassa)根系分布浅、根量大、木质化程度轻和对菌根依赖性较强。本文在介绍草莓菌根形态特征及其丛枝菌根(AM)真菌物种多样性的基础上,分析了AM真菌改善草莓植株营养与水分状况、增强抗逆性、促进生长、增加产量和改善品质的效应及其作用机制;探讨了草莓与AM真菌种性、土壤条件和农业技术等对草莓菌根发育及其功能的影响;论述了AM真菌在草莓栽培生产中的应用与发展前景。认为AM真菌在草莓可持续绿色产业化栽培中将发挥越来越大的作用。 Strawberry (Fragaria× ananassa Duch. )is characterized in large, shallow, light lignification and fibril root system, with higher mycorrhizal dependency. On the basis of introducing strawberry mycor- rhizal morphological structure and the species diversity of AM fungi in the rhizosphere of strawberry plants, the authors analyze the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi on improving strawberry plant nutrition, enhance its stress resistance, promote the growth, yield and quality of strawberry, and their AM fungus functioning mechanisms; discuss influences of species of AM fungi and cultivars of strawberry, soil conditions and farming measures on strawberry mycorrhizal development and functions, and some pos- sible regulating pathways; and evaluate application situation of AM fungi in strawberry production, and development prospects. AM fungi should play more and more role in the sustainable green production of strawberry.
