摘要
目的:研究清热止痛胶囊的定量控制方法。方法:采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸溶液(26∶23∶1),检测波长为334 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量10μL。结果:蒙花苷在0.092μg^0.736μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率100.29%,RSD=2.20%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可为清热止痛胶囊的质量控制提供依据。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of linarin in Qingre Zhitong capsules. Methods：The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil-C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（26∶23∶1）solution at a detection wavelength of 334 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,injection volumes of sample were 10 μL. Results：The content of linarin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.092 μg^0.736 μg（r=0.999 6）. The average recovery rate was 100.29%,RSD =2.20%（n =6）. Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible. It can provide the experimental basis for quality control of Qingre Zhitong capsules.
