摘要
3D打印以其个性化定制的独特优势近年来在医疗修复领域迅速发展,挤出自由成型(EFF)工艺通过陶瓷膏体的分层堆积可以实现陶瓷义齿的定制化3D打印.以氧化锆为原料进行EFF系统的挤出成型工艺研究,主要从挤出丝、片层、立体模型3个方面探究了扫描速度对ZrO_2陶瓷膏体3D打印尺寸精度的影响.结果表明:扫描速度与打印制件精度的匹配存在最佳值,过快或过慢的扫描速度都不利于陶瓷膏体的成型;当扫描速度V_s=2 mm/s时打印的挤出丝、片层、立体模型尺寸误差小,打印精度较高.
3D printing is rapidly developing recently in medical repair field due to its unique advantage of personalized preordering of parts in human body (e. g. the teeth). Therefore, the extrusion freeform fab-rication freeform fabrication (EFF) can be employed to realize customizing 3D printing of ceramic denture through layer-built deposition of ceramic paste. Extrusion molding process of the EFF system was studied based on zirconium oxide paste as raw material, and the influence of scanning speed on 3D printing preci- sion of ZrO2 paste was explored from following three aspects: extrusion filament, slice layer and three-mensional model. The resuh showed that there would be an optimal match of scanning speed and accuracy of printed parts for each other, and excessively fast or slow scanning speed would not be favorable for forming of ceramic paste. When the scanning speed Vs= 2 mm/s, the dimensional error of filament, slice layer, and three-dimensional model would be small and their printing precision would be higher.
