摘要
针对纳米粉末制备过程中团聚问题,研究了碳吸附对氨水沉淀法制备的纳米ZrO2(Y2O3)粉末的物相、粒径、比表面积、前驱体热分解特性以及碳黑的加入量对粉末比表面积的影响。结果表明,采用碳吸附沉淀法可以减少在高温条件下ZrO2晶粒增大,制得粒径小、团聚强度低的氧化钇稳定四方氧化锆纳米粉末。经700℃焙烧后制得分散性好的四方相ZrO2纳米粉末,比表面积为101.2m2/g,平均粒径为8nm。
The carbon absorption method, its effect on particle size, surface area, aggregation intensity of ZrO2 ( Y2O3 ) nano powders prepared by precipitation method were studied. The effect of the amount of added carbon on the nano powder size was investigated. It is found that the carbon absorption way can reduce aggregation intensity of ZrO2(Y2O3) nano powders. ZrO2 (Y2O3) nano powders with small particle size and low aggregation intensity are easily synthesized by this method. Nano-sized ZrO2 powder calcined at 700℃ have a high dispersion behavior and a surface area of 101.2 m^2/g. The average particle size is about 8nm.
