摘要
目的探讨综合干预治疗对预防糖尿病患者皮瓣游离移植术后并发症的疗效。方法针对糖尿病患者在血管条件、营养代谢、术后感染、心理耐受、疾病认知方面的特殊性,在皮瓣游离移植术后采取针对性的综合护理措施,观察患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果 38例糖尿病患者中6例发生血管危象,经探查、拆除部分缝线等一系列处理,1例皮瓣坏死,5例发生伤口感染,经联合应用抗生素及伤口换药后皮瓣均顺利愈合。结论糖尿病皮瓣游离移植术后实施综合干预措施,能够有效减少术后并发症的发生,提高皮瓣游离移植手术的成功率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of comprehensive interventions on postoperative complications of free flap trans- plantation in diabetic patients. Methods Directing against the particularity of vessel condition, nutrition metabolism, perioperative infection, psychological endurance, illness perceptions in diabetic patients, comprehensive interventions were taken , aiming at preventing postoperative complications. Results Vascular complications were occurred in 6 out of 38 patients. After probing and removing some stitches, one flap did not survive. Infection were presented in five cases, flaps were healed after antibiotic usage and wound dressing. Conclusion Taking comprehensive interventions in perioperative period of free flap transplantation in diabetic patients, was able to reduce postoperative complications and increase operation success rate.
