摘要
分析 6 0钢钢丝不同含碳量对球化温度的影响 ,结果表明含碳量越高 ,球化退火温度越高 ,当w(C) =0 .5 7% ,w(Mn) =0 .72 %时 ,6 90℃保温 3.5h球化退火可获得良好的加工性能 ;当w(C) =0 .6 3% ,w(Mn) =0 .80 %时 ,710℃时保温 3.5h可获得良好的加工性能。
To analyze the effect of different carbon content in 60 steel wire on spheroidization temperature.The result shows that the more the carbon content is,the higher the spheroidization annealing is.When w (C)=0.57% and w (Mn)=0.72%,the wire can obtain good processability by spheroidization annealing 3.5?h at 690?℃,when w (C)=0.63% and w (Mn)=0.80%,the wire can obtain good processability by spheroidization annealing 3.5?h at 710?℃.It is suggested to analyze the carbon content of the wire before spheroidization annealing so as to ascertain optimum spheroidization temperature.
