摘要
对φ650mm 70Cr3Mo支承辊不透烧加热淬火工艺进行了可行性研究,并结合目前国内大量的台车热处理生产设备,提出具体的工艺方法。结果表明,经该工艺热处理后可以达到支承辊外硬里韧及辊身、辊颈不同硬度的目的,而且经济效益好、实用性强。
This paper studied 6650 mm 70Cr3Mo back - up roll impenetrable burning heating roller quenching process, and proposed the specific process considering the large number of domestic car -heat treatment equipment,The results show that the back - up roll will possess high surface hardness and high toughness after this quenching process. This techonoloy is practical and have good economic benefit.
