摘要
生脉饮源于《医学启源》,为中医益心复脉之经方,乃中医危重急症的常用药。本文收集整理了近20年来有关生脉制剂的文献报道,对其物质基础、药理作用进行系统梳理,分析生脉制剂中不同剂型处方组成、配比差异及提取工艺对其功效的影响,以探究生脉饮及其成药制剂各关键环节的核心问题所在,为深化生脉饮基础研究,加快其"现代化"进程提供参考。
Shengmai Decoction, firstly recorded in ＂Medicine Origin＂, is a classical traditional Chinese medicine prescription having the effect of benefiting heart and restoring pulse, which is frequently used in clinical practice for critical illness. In this review, the literatures about Shengmai preparations in the last 20 years were collected and sorted out. The material basis and pharmacological effects of Shengmai preparations were systematically analyzed. And analysis were also conducted to explore the different prescription compositions, ratio of dosage forms and extraction processes on the effect of Shengmai preparations. Therefore, the core problems in the critical preparation processes of Shengmaiyin and its medicinal preparations were found out, and the paper provides references for further study of Shenmaiyin and the acceleration of its ＂modernization＂ process.
