热处理温度对PAN基炭纤维结构的影响 被引量:7

Effect of heat-treatment temperture on microstructure and mechanical performance of PAN-based carbon fibers

摘要 利用SEM观察了 3种PAN基炭纤维 (TX 63、T3 0 0、T70 0 )热处理前和经不同温度热处理后的表面形貌 ,并测试了其石墨化度、Lc 和d0 0 2 值 ,以研究热处理温度对炭纤维表面和内部微观结构的影响。结果表明 :TX 3、T3 0 0炭纤维表面本身有不规则沟槽、凸起和缺陷等 ,T70 0炭纤维表面比较圆滑 ,随着热处理温度升高 ,PAN基炭纤维的表面形貌发生明显的变化 ,尤其是 2 70 0℃处理后炭纤维表面的褶皱相对较浅而小 ;石墨化度与Lc 随热处理温度升高而增大 ,d0 0 2 值则呈减小趋势 。 Surface morphology of three types of PAN based carbon fibers(that is TX 3, T300 and T700) heat-treated at temperature of 1800℃,2000℃,2300℃,2700 ℃ and unheat treated ones was studied by SEM and graphitization degree, value of L c and d 002 were also determined in order to investigate the effect of heat treatment temperature on the surface micro structure and mechanical performance of PAN carbon fibers. Results show that there are irregular striation, convexity and defect on the surface of TX 3 and T300 PAN based carbon fibers. The surface of T700 is much smoother than the other two except for some sizing. The surface morphology changes greatly with heat treatment temperature. The value of graphitization degree and L c increases and d 002 decreases with temperature. It is clear that heat treatment temperature has great effects on the internal and surface structure of PAN based carbon fibers.
