摘要 炭纤维的表面微观形态对其力学性能有很大影响 ,选择国产和日本东邦公司的炭纤维 ,对其进行高温热处理 (180 0~ 2 5 0 0℃ ) ,研究了热处理温度对炭纤维力学性能、密度的影响。用SEM观察了热处理前后炭纤维的表面微观形态变化 。 The mechanical performance of carbon fibers is influenced greatly by their surface morphology.To clarify this phenomenon,one carbon fiber made in China and one carbon fiber from Japan (Toho HTA300) had been heated at a temperature from 1 800 ℃ to 2 500 ℃.The effect of heat treatment temperature on mechanical properties and densities of carbon fibers was studied and the surface morphology of carbon fibers before and after heat treatment was characterized using SEM.The reason for forming surface defects had been discussed.
