摘要
油液分析是齿轮箱故障诊断中常用的诊断技术,依据齿轮箱油液光铁谱数据,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的重型卡车齿轮箱故障诊断方法。首先创建BP神经网络,然后对采集得到的重卡齿轮箱油液数据进行网络训练,最后用训练好的网络对测试数据进行仿真测试。仿真结果表明该BP网络能准确诊断出齿轮箱具体故障类型。
Oil analysis is commonly used in fault diagnosis of gearbox. In this paper, a fault diagnosis method for heavy-dutytruck gearbox based on BP neural network is proposed according to the optical fiber spectrum data of gearbox oil. Firstly, theBP neural network is created. then, the collected data of heavy truck gearbox oil is networked. Finally, a well-trained net-work is used to simulate the test data. The simulation results show that the BP network can accurately diagnose the specificfault type of gearbox.
