摘要
采用电化学方法在硫酸和草酸溶液中制备了具有纳米结构的多孔氧化铝。在紫外光激发下 ,草酸中得到的多孔氧化铝可发射出明亮的蓝光 ,而硫酸中制得的样品几乎不发光。通过紫外可见吸收光谱、激发光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱及X射线光电子能谱等分析 ,这种发光被归结于样品中缺陷的存在 。
Porous alumina films with nanometer size have been fabricated through electrochemical method in the aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid and oxalic acid. By UV light excitation, the samples prepared in oxalic acid exhibited intensive blue emission, however, almost no light was observed in the samples formed in sulfuric acid. Through the analysis of UV visible absorption, excitation, Fourier transform infrared absorption and X ray photo electronic energy spectroscopy, the photoluminescence were attributed to the effects which were strongly influenced by the different electrolytes during forming the nanometer sized amorphous alumina.
