摘要
本文针对现今中国家庭厨房里的灶具形制直接运用或照搬仿制西方灶具,是否适用于中国传统的饮食与烹饪习惯这一问题,探索中国灶具形态历史演变的影响因素与发展路径。通过文献记载与博物馆实地考察研究,梳理并分析中国灶具形态的演变历程以及影响因素,结合相关厨电品牌的设计案例提出中国未来灶具设计可供参考的价值方向。发现影响灶具形态发生演变的因素有人类居住环境与生活方式的变迁以及相关科技技术的发展,从新能源的开发利用以及注重消费者用户体验等方面提出了中国未来灶具设计的发展路径。
Objective in view of the current that Chinese cookstove form direct use or copy imitation the Western cookstove form, whether it is suitable for traditional Chinese food cooking habits of this issue. Method through the literature research and museum investigation research, carding and analyzing of the evolution process of the Chinese cookstove form and its influencing factors, combined with the relevant design case of kitchen electric brand to put forward the value orientation of China＇s future stove design. Conclusion the factors that affect the evolution of the Chinese cookstove form are the transition of the residential environment and life style of human beings, and the development of related technology, the last from the angle of exploit of new energy and pay attention to consumer user experience and other aspects to put forward the development path of China＇s future cookstove design.
