摘要
明清时期享有美食家之誉的文学巨匠,以金圣叹、李渔、袁枚最具代表性。金圣叹在生死别离之际仍不忘大谈美食之道,李渔在鉴赏美食中坚持伦理,袁枚在烹制美食中感悟人生。这些大师的言谈举止虽不为其时凡夫俗子认同,却成就了文坛和饮食审美文化发展史上的一段佳话。
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, some literary giants enjoy the "gourmet" title. The most representative are Jin Shengtan, Li Yu and Yuan Mei. Jin Shengtan did not forget to talk about cuisine even on his deathbed~ Li Yu adhered to ethics in cuisine appreciation; Yuan Mei sought inspiration of life from cooking. Their thoughts on and attitudes toward culinary arts, though not acknowledged by ordinary people, constitute several well-known anecdotes in literary circle and diet aesthetic development history.
