摘要
目的探讨桃红四物汤加减联合手术治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法选择80例胫骨骨折的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例,给予钢板内固定手术治疗;观察组40例,在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤加减治疗。结果治疗前两组患者中医症候积分相比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者中医症候积分相比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的术后疼痛时间、术后肿胀减轻时间及骨折愈合时间相比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的疾病疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加减联合手术治疗胫骨骨折可有效改善患者的症状和体征,促进骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of tibial fracture. Methods 80 cases of tibial fracture patients were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with plate internal fixation treatment. The observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction based on the control group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups on TCM syndrome score before treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The postoperative pain, postoperative swelling relief time and fi＇acture healing time were compared, the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of tibial fracture can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients, and promote fracture healing.
